Filter message templates by source
Open Templates -> Message templates.
Use the Source filter to choose:
Synced from ATS: templates synced from Greenhouse.Created in Guide: templates created directly in Guide.
You can combine Source with other filters like type, department, creator, search, and status.
Archive or restore templates in bulk
On the Message templates page:
Select one or more templates.
Use
Select all matchingif you want to include every template matching the current filters.Choose
Archivefor active templates orRestorefor archived templates.Confirm the action when more than one template is selected.
Archiving a Greenhouse-synced template only changes its visibility in Guide. It does not remove the template from Greenhouse, break the sync link, or create a duplicate active template later.
Control Greenhouse template sync
Open Settings -> Integrations, then open the Greenhouse settings dialog.
Admins can manage two settings:
Sync new templates from Greenhouse
When on, new Greenhouse email templates are created in Guide on a later sync. When off, new Greenhouse templates do not appear in Guide.
Sync changes to existing templates from Greenhouse
When on, Greenhouse edits update matching Guide message templates that have not been edited in Guide. When off, Greenhouse edits do not update existing Guide templates.
Both settings are on by default and can be changed independently.
Catching up after sync is paused
Guide keeps checking Greenhouse in the background even when one of these settings is off. When an admin turns a paused setting back on, Guide shows a confirmation with the number of templates that will be created or updated on the next sync.
If both settings are turned back on at the same time, Guide shows one confirmation with separate counts for new templates and existing-template updates.
Templates edited in Guide are not overwritten by Greenhouse edits, even after sync is re-enabled.
