Guide templates and job-specific settings are a convenient way to standardize the candidate guide overview content you want to use for your entire company, department, or across a set of jobs. However, occasionally, you may need to customize the overview for an individual candidate's guide. Not a problem, and here’s how:
Navigate to the candidate’s profile in Greenhouse.
Make sure the Guide Extension is open. If you don’t see the Extension on the right-hand side of the screen, look for a small circle with the Guide logo resting on top of the page in the lower right-hand corner. Clicking this will open the Extension.
Click the Candidate tab at the top of the Extension.
Scroll down to the overview section. Beneath the content you should see a button labeled Edit. Click this button to edit the overview content.
