Define your company’s visual identity and branding throughout the Guide platform.

The General tab in your Organization Settings helps define your company’s identity within Guide. While simple, it’s important for keeping your brand presence consistent across internal tools and candidate-facing experiences.

🏷️ Company Name

Your organization’s name is displayed at the top of this page.

  • You can’t edit this directly.

  • To change your company name, contact support and we’ll help update it securely.

💡 Why is this locked?

Changing your company name affects branding across Guide and candidate portals—so we require support confirmation before updating it.

🖼️ Branding

Maintain a polished, recognizable look by uploading your:

1. Company Logo

  • Shown on candidate portals and internal views

  • Click Upload logo to update

  • File types: JPG, PNG, GIF

  • Max size: 5MB

2. Company Avatar

  • Displayed in the Guide sidebar and internal views

  • Click Upload avatar to change

  • Use a square image for best results

  • Same file specs as above: JPG, PNG, or GIF (max 5MB)

✅ Tips

  • Upload a high-res PNG with a transparent background for best results.

  • Use a distinct avatar to easily identify your company if you manage multiple organizations.
