đ Can the Same Interviewer Be Scheduled More Than Once?
By default, Guide automatically prevents duplicate interviewer assignments within the same interview panel.
This means:
The same person wonât be double-booked for two different interviews in the same loop
Guide will prioritize unique coverage unless the loop explicitly requires a duplicate (e.g. a hiring manager joins multiple stages)

Guide checks for:
Interviewers already assigned to another stage in the loop
Whether there are alternative qualified interviewers available
Whether a panel or tag requires a specific interviewer to appear twice (e.g., intro + close)
Only in rare cases â like a small panel or heavily constrained role â will Guide allow a duplicate to proceed, and only if that interviewer is the only one pre-set for multiple interviews.
