Guide will handling your transition to Greenhouse's new Harvest API with as minimal disruption as possible, and most of the transition will happen in the background without action needed from you.
Here's how to plan for the transition.
What's happening?
Greenhouse plans to deprecate their Harvest V1/V2 API on August 31, 2026. As of September 1, 2026, your Guide instance will no longer utilize V1 or V2, and will solely depend on Harvest V3 going forward.
Until August 31st, do not remove or revoke Guide's access to your V1/V2 Harvest API keys in Greenhouse or you're likely to experience service interruption.
What you need to do before August 31st, 2026
The only action you'll need to take is to add your V3 API key into your Guide ATS connection settings.
Step 1: Create a Greenhouse Harvest V3 API key
Click "Create new API credentials" in Greenhouse.
In the dialog window that appears, locate and set the following options:
View and store your credentials
Select all API scopes > Save
Step 2: Add your new Harvest V3 API key to Guide's Integration settings
Log in to Guide and navigate to Settings and then the Integrations page. When you’re there, click the 3 dot menu on the Greenhouse integration tile to open your Greenhouse connection settings.
Copy and paste your newly created Greenhouse API keys from step 1 into the two V3 Harvest API Key fields. Lost your key? Stop. Return to Integrating with Greenhouse.
Click Connect. That's it!
Now that your Harvest V3 API key is connected, Guide will handle the transition to Greenhouse's API seamlessly in the background without any service interruption.
