🦸🏽‍♀️ Admins and Managers you can now quickly invite folks to fill out or update their interviewer profile with just a few clicks. Interviewer is a user level in Guide that only has access to their biography and if in use, their self scheduling calendar availability. More on user levels here.

Head to Organization Settings > Users to manage your team and their access.

To bulk invite interviewers, you're going to most likely want to view folks who are present in your Greenhouse but not yet Guide Users, a population filter we call "Uninvited"

Once you have set to Uninvited from the user filter, you can now bulk invite folks to Guide as the interviewer level role and we will take care of the rest!

Your interviewers will receive an email from us with a workflow guiding them to complete their profile!

If a team member does not accept, you can resend an invitation by going to Users > Invited and selecting send again.

Stay on Greenhouse but ping your colleague(s) to update or create their interviewer bio all within the Guide Chrome Extension.
