With Live Chat, you can now use the power of real-time messaging to help candidates with time-sensitive asks or mid-interview confusion.

Once Live Chat is enabled for you account, you can enable candidates to send a chat directly within their Guide, which sends their primary recruiter a Slack message or email, depending on your preference.

With the Live Chat module enabled, simply enable chat within the Settings page of any job, as shown below.
