How to Sign in Using Okta

Guide supports Single Sign-On (SSO) through Okta, allowing your team to access Guide securely and seamlessly without managing separate passwords.

🔐 Step 1: Navigate to the Guide Login Page

Visit https://app3.guide.co/login in your browser.

🛂 Step 2: Click “Continue with Okta”

Select the Continue with Okta option. This will redirect you to your organization’s Okta login page.

🧾 Step 3: Enter Your Work Email

Input the work email address associated with your organization’s Okta account. Click Next.

Note: If your company uses a custom Okta domain (e.g., yourcompany.okta.com), Guide will automatically redirect you based on your email domain.

🔑 Step 4: Authenticate via Okta

Enter your Okta username and password. If your organization has multi-factor authentication (MFA) enabled, complete the MFA prompt (e.g., push notification, one-time passcode).

🚀 Step 5: You’re In!

Once authenticated, you’ll be redirected back to Guide. You should now have access to your Guide dashboard.


🔧 Troubleshooting

  • Not Recognized?

    • Make sure your Guide account has been created using your company email.

    • Reach out to your Guide admin to confirm your user has been provisioned.

  • SSO Login Loop?

    • Try clearing your browser cache or switching to an incognito window.

    • Ensure that your browser allows third-party cookies, which Okta may require for proper login flow.

  • Okta Error?

    • If Okta says your credentials are incorrect or your account is locked, contact your internal IT team.
