Enabling Interview Plan Templates (Multi-Template Mode)
Recruiters can personalize their interview requirements per job stage using saved templates—once this feature is enabled org-wide by your Guide CSM.
Once your Guide Customer Success Manager enables Multi-Template Mode, your interview plan settings within each job in Guide will expand to support more flexible defaults.
Each stage in a job’s interview plan can now support multiple saved templates—allowing recruiters to pick their own default plan for scheduling tasks in that job.
🧠 What changes when Multi-Template Mode is turned on?
Before this setting is enabled, each stage in a job’s interview plan can only have one global default setup for interview requirements.
Here's how Guide's interview templates work with single template mode enabled (default setting):
Once Multi-Template Mode is activated:
Recruiters will see a dropdown selector in the Guide Chrome extension where they can choose from multiple saved templates for a given stage.
Each recruiter can save their own preferred template, and it will default for them going forward when scheduling interviews in that stage.
Interview templates can include settings like required duration, interviewer assignments, conferencing needs, and more.
⚠️ Note: This feature must be enabled by your Guide CSM and applies org-wide.

🌐 Where do templates show up?
In the Guide Greenhouse Chrome extension, recruiters will now see:
A template dropdown at the top of each interview stage when creating a scheduling task within Guide's chrome extension.
