Open the Aria report
Go to Reports → Aria. The report is available when your organization uses Aria and scheduling and your role includes access to reports.
If the report is not available for your organization, the page shows an unavailable state. Ask your Guide administrator if you need report access.
Read the headline metrics
Aria adoption is the share of scheduling tasks created during the measurement window that received Aria assistance. Self-schedule tasks are excluded. The headline is a volume-weighted average over the last 30 days.
Aria automation is the share of Aria-powered automations proposed for human review that users approved. The headline is a volume-weighted average over the last 30 days. It does not represent the share of all recruiting work completed by Aria.
The trend charts follow the date range selected on the report. Aria automations proposed and Aria automations approved also follow that selected range.
Explore adoption by team and workflow
The summary table starts with Scheduler and shows:
Aria adoption
Aria automations proposed
Aria automations approved
Approval percentage
Change the grouping to compare departments, offices, jobs, stages, task types, message workflows, automation types, or whether an automation was edited before approval. Use the filters and the All, Candidate messaging, and Scheduling views to narrow the report.
Select a row to inspect its trend charts. When report exports are enabled for your organization, use the export action to download the current report view.
What the report includes
The customer report includes automations that require a person to review them. It does not include auto-approved activity or the operational failure and rejection metrics used by Guide's internal teams.
Reporting data follows the existing warehouse refresh schedule, so recent activity may not appear immediately.
