What should I double-check?
Review details that affect candidates and interviewers, especially when Aria asks you to approve something:
Dates, times, and time zones.
Who’s included and which interviews are being scheduled.
Messages before they’re sent.
Whether a proposed action matches what you asked for.
If a response seems off, check the relevant details in Guide or your connected calendar or ATS. Asking Aria to explain can help clarify its interpretation, but a confident explanation isn’t proof that it’s correct.
What if Aria gets something wrong?
Tell Aria what needs to change. Be specific about the detail it missed and what you want instead. For example: “The candidate is in Pacific time. Please use that time zone.”
If an action is waiting for your approval, review it and request changes before approving. If something has already happened, check its current status before asking for a correction.
How do I send feedback?
Choose Send feedback below the chat to share something with the Guide team. You can report a mistake, tell us what’s confusing, or share what’s working well.
We’ll include context about what you’re working on. Add a note to help us understand, or send as-is. A useful note tells us what you expected and what happened instead.
Sending feedback doesn’t change your schedule or correct an action on its own. If something needs to change, make that request separately in Aria or update it in Guide.
