Note: Your existing settings have been migrated over.
What’s new: two sections for organization-wide defaults
The left navigation now has Scheduling and Interviewers sections alongside Organization and Personal.
Interviewers → Defaults sets the starting preferences every interviewer gets unless they choose something different:
Interview availability: Default time zone, interview hours, blocked dates and flexible meetings.
Scheduling limits: Default caps on interview load.
Scheduling → Communication defaults sets how recruiters and coordinators are included in scheduling communications. It covers scheduling communication settings and default calendars for invites.
Both pages have one Save changes button at the bottom that saves the whole page. When you save, you’ll see “Defaults updated.“
Note: Default invite calendars and organization blocked dates now live on these pages, not on Scheduling defaults.
What’s new: defaults that people inherit
Before, each person’s preferences stood on their own. Now each person starts from your organization’s defaults, and anyone can still set their own value.
A link icon next to a field means it follows the organization default. Hover over it to see “Inherited from Organization. You can override it at this level.“
Changing the field creates a personal override, and a Reset button appears. Click Reset to follow the organization default again.
Tip: Set your defaults before your launch date so your schedulers and interviewers start with the right settings.
What’s changed: your own preferences
Scheduling preferences is now Personal → Preferences: “Set how you’re scheduled — availability, calendars, and communications.“
Everything you set before is still here, grouped into sections:
Calendars and time zone
Interview availability
Blocked dates and flexible meetings
Scheduling limits
Out of office and automatic replies
Scheduling communications
Availability and limits sections only appear for people with the Interviewer role. Click Save changes once to save everything. You’ll see “Preferences updated.“
What’s changed: editing other user's information
Editing another user used to mean two menu options and two windows. Now it’s one:
Go to Settings → Users.
Click the ⋮ menu next to a teammate and choose Edit settings.
Use the tabs in Edit settings for [name]: Profile, Preferences and Pools. Pools only appears for teammates who interview.
A dot on a tab means it has unsaved changes. A red warning icon means a field needs fixing.
Click Save changes once to save every tab together.

Where did Scheduling preferences go?
It’s now Personal → Preferences.
Why do I see a Reset button on some fields?
That field has a personal value that differs from your organization’s default. Click Reset to follow the default instead.
