Guide templates and job-specific settings are a convenient way to standardize the interview plan you want for your entire company, department, or across a set of jobs. However, occasionally, you may need to customize the branding for an individual candidate's guide. Not a problem, and here’s how:
Navigate to the candidate’s profile in Greenhouse.
Make sure the Guide Extension is open. If you don’t see the Extension on the right-hand side of the screen, look for a small circle with the Guide logo resting on top of the page in the lower right-hand corner. Clicking this will open the Extension.
Click the Candidate tab at the top of the Extension.
Hover over the large cover image and click the Edit cover image button.
