Yes — any candidate-facing emails sent from Guide are automatically synced to the ATS activity feed for that candidate.
This includes:
Interview confirmation emails
Reschedule notifications
Availability requests
Manual reminders or follow-ups
✅ You do not need to BCC maildrop or take any extra steps to log these.
📌 Where Do They Appear?
Each message appears in the candidate profile under the Activity Feed with a timestamp and sender identity (e.g. coordinator name).
This ensures full visibility for recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers tracking communication history.

Open the candidate in your ATS
Scroll through the Activity Feed
