At the job level, open Jobs → [job] → Aria settings, expand a stage's Conflict negotiation section, and edit the same field. Inherited values show a link icon on the label; use Reset to return to the org default after overriding.

When Aria 2.0 drafts the initial conflict-resolution outreach for an interviewer on a scheduling request, it follows the effective guidance (stage override, else org value). With no guidance configured, draft behavior is unchanged from before this setting existed.

Aria 2.0 only — orgs on Aria 1.0 for scheduling tasks are unaffected.

Applies to the first drafted outreach message only — not to follow-up messages in an ongoing Slack negotiation thread.

Guidance is free-text; there are no built-in templates or toggles for negotiation style.
