📆 Flexible Meetings
Flexible meetings are internal events that should not block interview scheduling.
To allow scheduling over specific meetings:
Enter meeting titles (e.g. “1:1”, “Office hours”, “Stand-up”) in the comma-separated list provided
Guide will automatically recognize calendar events with these phrases and schedule interviews over them without conflict
✅ These events will appear with a green calendar icon to indicate they are flexible.
🚫 Blocked Dates
Prevent scheduling on specific days (e.g. holidays or company-wide PTO).
To block a date:
Click Add blocked dates
Choose the date(s) you’d like to prevent interviews from being scheduled
Save changes
🛑 Blocked dates apply globally across your organization.

Keep reschedule workflows streamlined by routing back to the last assignee.
