🔗 How Guide Handles Confidential Roles Today
When a confidential role is synced to Guide:
The job coordinator assigned in Greenhouse will receive the scheduling request in their Guide queue.
However, other recruiting coordinators may still be able to navigate to and view that scheduling task if they access it directly.
🛠️ In other words: Guide does not currently enforce Greenhouse’s confidential permissioning model inside Guide.
🔜 What’s Coming
Support for confidential role access control is on our roadmap. In the future, Guide will restrict visibility of confidential roles to match ATS permissions.
If confidentiality is critical for a role today, we recommend using naming conventions and internal team processes to signal limited access until permission-based visibility is released.
