Guide’s reporting suite gives you a powerful, filterable view into your interview operations, interviewer performance, and candidate experience — all within one unified interface.
There are currently four core dashboards in Guide:
Scheduling
Interviewers
Training
Surveys
Each dashboard offers time-based filtering, granular ATS attribute filters (like department, job, coordinator, or interviewer), and individual drill-down views to explore trends, performance, and bottlenecks.
🕹️ Key Features Across All Dashboards
Custom Time Ranges (defaults to past 30 days)
Granular Filters based on ATS fields (e.g. department, job, scheduler)
Leaderboard Views to compare individuals across your org
Drill-Down Reports — click any person to rerun all charts just for them
Shareable URLs — Guide remembers your filters when bookmarked or shared
🗓️ 1. Scheduling Dashboard
Track team coordination performance across:
Interviews scheduled, rescheduled, or self-scheduled
Lead time to scheduling
Turnaround time and stage progression
Manual vs. automated scheduling volume
Includes a scheduling leaderboard and per-user drilldowns. Distinguishes between:
Administrative updates (e.g. time edits)
Interviewer changes (swaps)
True reschedules (time change)
🧑💼 2. Interviewers Dashboard
Measure interviewer engagement and reliability with metrics like:
Number of interviews conducted
Decline rates and lead time to decline
RSVP rates
No-show rates
Includes a leaderboard to track accountability and drill-downs to evaluate specific interviewers.
🧪 3. Training Dashboard
Monitor the effectiveness and load of your interviewer training program, including:
Number of active shadows or reverses
Trainee progression and qualification rates
Load balancing across qualified interviewers
Current training pool size for capacity planning
💬 4. Surveys Dashboard
Track candidate experience using Guide’s Candidate Pulse Surveys:
See survey volume, average rating, and per-response detail
Filter by role, coordinator, or stage
Protect candidate anonymity via response escrow — active candidates are excluded from reporting until their process concludes
Survey drilldowns show full metadata on responses (but not candidate identity), helping you balance insight with privacy.
