🦸🏽‍♀️ Managers and Admins, here is how you can keep your team's bios/profiles up to date!

Head over to the User Management Dashboard.

Parallel to each user is their permission level and a three dot on hover menu to "Edit profile." Click that to update their profile at anytime!

What about interviewers who I updated via CSV or maintained prior to your user management update in the "Team" menu?

We got you covered. In our former "Team" menu we showed you everyone in Greenhouse and allowed you to update their profile, we still do that today. However, because these interviewers did not necessarily login to Guide, you will most likely find them in our uninvited user list.

You can filter by Uninvited to reveal everyone in your Greenhouse who has not yet logged into Guide and can update their profiles as well as. You do not need to invite them to update their profile, but we do recommend inviting interviewers so they can maintain their profile for you!
