πŸ” What Are Reschedule Reasons?

When an interview is rescheduled in Guide, the user is prompted to select a reason for rescheduling. This helps your team:

  • Track common disruptions

  • Monitor scheduling health

  • Understand patterns (e.g., interviewer declines vs. candidate no-shows)

πŸ“‹ Default Reschedule Reasons

Guide includes a default set of reasons such as:

  • Candidate no showed

  • Candidate requested reschedule

  • Interviewer no showed

  • Interviewer declined

  • Other

🎯 You can customize this list by contacting your Guide CSM.

πŸ› οΈ Customizing Reschedule Reasons

To request custom reasons:

  1. Compile a list of preferred reschedule reasons (ideally under 8–10 total)

  2. Send them to your Guide CSM or Support team

  3. Guide will update your org-level list, which will be reflected in the dropdown during rescheduling

🧾 Tracking Reschedule Activity

All rescheduling actions are logged in the Guide dashboard, including:

  • Who initiated the reschedule (candidate, interviewer, or coordinator)

  • The selected reason

  • Timestamp of the change

πŸ“Š This data appears in the Scheduling Reports to help analyze fault trends and process friction.
