Job-specific Booking Links

Streamline scheduling within your sourcing workflow

Updated this week

🔗 What Are Job-Specific Booking Links?

Guide’s Job-Specific Booking Links are powerful links tied to a specific:

  • Job

  • Interview stage

  • Interview

When a candidate uses one of these links to schedule, Guide will:

  1. Create the candidate in your ATS (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby)

  2. Assign them to the correct job and stage

  3. Sync the interview back to the ATS as a formal interview object — with source, referrer, and interviewer data attached

All of this happens automatically, with no user action required.

🧠 When to Use This Feature

Job-specific booking links are ideal for:

  • Sourcing outreach (cold outreach, events, referrals)

  • Bypassing the “apply” step when interest is already confirmed

  • Accelerating top-of-funnel workflows where speed is key

  • Empowering recruiters or sourcers to schedule directly

⚙️ How to Create a Job-Specific Booking Link

  1. Go to Settings → Booking Links

  2. Click “Create New Link”

  3. Choose:

    • The job

    • The interview stage (e.g. Phone Screen)

    • (Optional) Set specific interviewers or tags

  4. Copy the link and use it in email outreach, CRM sequences, or Slack

Once a candidate clicks and books:

  • Guide will generate a profile for them

  • Place them directly in the right stage

  • Schedule the interview with the defined panel

  • Sync everything back to your ATS

🧾 What’s Synced Back to Your ATS?

  • ✅ Candidate profile (name, email, etc.)

  • ✅ Job and stage assignment

  • ✅ Source attribution (if configured)

  • ✅ Referrer (set as the booking link owner, if supported)

  • ✅ Formal interview record (with full interviewer panel and time)

🔐 Notes on Permissions & Setup

  • Only users with Admin, Content Manager or Coordinator permissions can create job-specific links

  • Your ATS integration must be fully configured

  • To ensure source/referrer attribution, set a default source in Settings → Scheduling Defaults
