Who can use it
Only users with the Admin role can see the Adoption report. Users on any other role do not see it at all — the report does not appear in the Reports navigation and cannot be opened directly.
Finding the report
Go to Reports → Adoption.
What the charts show
The report has two charts:
Interviews scheduled with Guide — two lines on the same chart. Scheduled with Guide counts interviews Guide scheduled. Total scheduled interviews counts every interview scheduled into your ATS, whether it was scheduled in Guide or directly in your ATS.
Percentage of interviews scheduled with Guide — Guide-scheduled interviews divided by total scheduled interviews for each period, shown to at most two decimal places.
Both charts open on the last 12 months, grouped by week.
How interviews are counted
An interview counts as scheduled with Guide if it was scheduled by a coordinator or recruiter in Guide, booked by the candidate through self-scheduling, or booked through a booking link attached to a candidate Guide. Interviews scheduled directly in your ATS count toward the total but not toward the Guide-scheduled line.
Generic booking-link meetings are excluded from both lines.
Interviews are counted in the period their scheduled start date falls in, not the period they were booked in. An interview booked in one week for a start date the following week appears in the following week.
Example: And interview that's booked July 20th, scheduled to start July 30th. This interview only shows up in reporting for the week of July 30th, not the week it was booked (July 20th).
Interviews that were scheduled and later cancelled still count in both lines. The report measures scheduling activity, so a cancellation does not remove the interview from the counts.
Filtering
You can filter by Scheduler, Job, Stage, Interview, Department, Parent department, Office, and custom fields. Filters apply to both lines in the same way, so the percentage always compares the same set of interviews.
Changing the date range or grouping updates both charts together.
Limitations
The report does not break Guide-scheduled interviews down by how they were scheduled. There is no split between coordinator/recruiter
-scheduled, candidate self-scheduled, and booking-link interviews.
There is no target or goal line on the percentage chart.
The report cannot be exported.
Periods with no scheduled interviews at all show no point on the percentage chart, since there is nothing to calculate a percentage from.
A change to empty periods on other rate charts
Charts elsewhere in Reports that show a rate or percentage no longer draw a point at zero for a period with nothing to measure. Those periods are now left as a gap in the line instead. The underlying data has not changed — only how empty periods are drawn.
