Manage Interviewer Pools

Interviewer pools group the people who can conduct an interview. A pool can contain qualified interviewers and, when training is enabled, trainees working through shadow and reverse-shadow interviews.

Find existing groups

Open Settings → Interviewer pools. Groups previously managed as interviewer tags appear as pools. Training paths appear as pools with training enabled.

Similar-looking groups remain separate. Guide does not automatically combine a tag and training path because their names or members overlap. A migrated tag may have (migrated) added to its name when another pool already uses that name.

Choose interviewers for scheduling

Use pools in interviewer filters to select qualified members. Adding a training-enabled pool to a filter does not make its trainees qualified. Training selection remains a separate part of the interview requirement.

Import memberships and training positions

Create the destination pools before importing. The membership CSV uses Email, Interviewer pool name, and Stage. Pool names must match an existing active pool exactly.

Use Qualified for a qualified interviewer. Training positions describe the next step: Shadow-1 means the first shadow, with zero completed shadows; Shadow-2 means one shadow completed. Reverse-1 starts the reverse-shadow stage after the required shadows. The position must fit the pool's training settings. shadow-0 is not a supported position.

Review the import preview before confirming. Resolve missing pools, incompatible stages, or conflicting duplicate rows. If removing members absent from the file, review each pool's removal list and resolve unmatched email addresses first.
