When an interviewer completes their assigned training path, Guide automatically recognizes them as qualified for interviews tied to that path.
✅ They are now eligible to be scheduled for any stage or role associated with the completed training path
🚫 They are not automatically added to a tag, since training path eligibility and tag logic are handled separately
